Trim the wick 1/4” before each lighting.
Remove decorative pieces that are flammable.
Leave the candle lit until entire surface has melted.
Keep your candle within sight to watch for any unusually burning of flowers or herbs.
Remove large crystals and charms as the candle melts to keep as a treasure. 
Keep the candle on a flat, fire resistant surface.
Use a snuffer to put out the flame.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Keep away from flammable materials.
Never leave home with candles still burning.
